It was either a small mountain or a large hill, and it was stuffed with MaMa Ovicci's seasoned bread crumbs. Bats without hats wept in the shadows - completely unaware of the harm they'd done. Alarms did fail. A piker, little enough to fit inside of a peanut shell, tripped the locking mechanism. By 5:00 AM the fog had lifted, but the cost was heavy.
