Circuswater 13 ~ WORD PLAY: You can take that to the bank...

Whilst dinning at the Cozzi Corner hot dog stand, I overheard another patron say to his friend "You can take that to the Bank." I immediately whipped out my pocket sketchbook plus my sharpie pen and scribbled out this humble, little toon.
