Circuswater 13 ~ Math Bargains...


For an additional $1.27 I could've got the Multiplication Flash Cards, but I only had 1 dollar, 2 quarters, 2 dimes, 3 nickels and 37 pennies so I was short...ya know, um...that is I needed...some more change.
