I have another 45 rpm by him called "Leroy" but I don't have the record sleeve/jacket. The lyrics on Leroy tell us that: Leroy's back in jail again. I that think Jack Scott was from the Detroit Michigan area. He has a greatest hits CD. And Jack Scott is great, but on the radio, I only remember hearing the Leroy song and one other tune titled What In The World's Come Over You.
